Lovely villa with the quiet of a gated community at walking distance of the buzz of 5th avenue,only 600 steps (6 minutes walk) Shared pool with kiddie section and sunning area in the secured common area. Located in the gated community of Playacar.
The 1st floor includes a dining table for 8 guests, living room with entertainment center, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with Queen size bed and bathroom with shower. The living room sliding doors open on to the outside terrace where you find your lounge chairs and BBQ overlooking the pool.
The 2nd floor includes the Master suite with a King size bed and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Master bedroom opens on to a private terrace perfect for quiet relaxation and a view of the pool. The 3rd large bedroom includes 2 double beds and bathroom with shower and view of Playa del Carmen.
Walk to the beach through the Mayan ruins or check in at the exlcusive Reef Club for an all-inclusive day and/or evening. Walk to Paseo del Carmen (the nicest part of 5th Avenue) or the Cozumel Ferry
