It is with pleasure and honor that I express the satisfaction of having come across Moskito Real Estate.

Along with many joining the ranks of retirement, and looking forward to enjoying life away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, I began to nurture the idea of acquiring property in Mexico. In doing so, I had the good fortune to establish contact with Mr. Diego Garcia at Moskito Real Estate.

A long time dream of retiring to a place near the ocean, with year-around warm weather, tropical foliage and flowers, and best of all, good people, has become a reality, thanks to the assistance of Moskito Real Estate. Messages, questions, and requests for advice were promptly answered in a most professional manner.

My lady-friend and I took a trip to Riviera Maya with the sole purpose of looking at property and obtain further information regarding the process and requirements for purchasing one. We had an appointment with Diego Garcia to visit several locations, and as luck would have it, found a place we both liked, and decided to make it our own.

All of us have experienced, at one time or another, concerns that surface when dealing with a company you don?t know. Those concerns began to disappear very rapidly, thanks to the attention and dedication of Diego Garcia and Roger Vales. These gentlemen put us in contact with the right people, an attorney, developer, architect, etc. to carry out our plan.

Back in the U. S. A., our communications with Diego and Roger grew considerably, and again, our questions and requests for advice were immediately addressed, providing us with a sense of security and trust.

Between that time and the present, we?ve taken several trips to the area to assess the progress and to become familiar with the area. Diego and/or Roger were available each time as escorts to the site, to answer any questions and provide all the information we required.

Almost a year later, we will be moving to a new place, both of us very exited and impatient to be there.
