Ante la presencia del Gobernador de Quintana Roo, Roberto Borge Angulo, Autoridades locales, Cuerpo Consular y personalidades locales, el señor Jerôme Salemi, Director General de Air France KLM en México, informó sobre el inicio de operaciones de los vuelos Cancún Paris, iniciando el 21 de octubre de 2011, a razón de tres vuelos semanales, los miércoles, viernes y domingos.

Los vuelos serán operados en avión Boeing 777-300, con una capacidad total de 472 asientos: 14 en cabina Affaires (clase de negocios) y 458 en cabina Voyageur (clase económica) y con horarios adaptados que permitirán ofrecer a Cancún, la mejor conectividad con Francia, Europa y el resto del mundo.

Horarios de vuelo:
París – Cancún: Salida a las 13h30 – Llegada a las 17h10 hora local
Cancún – París: Salida a las 19h30 – Llegada a las 11h30 hora local al día siguiente.

Esta nueva ruta se integra a los 17 vuelos que ofrece Air France y su socio SkyTeam, Aeroméxico, entre la ciudad de México y Europa (*) 10 vuelos operados por Air France y 7 vuelos operados por Aeroméxico. KLM ofrece 7 vuelos semanales entre  la ciudad de México y Ámsterdam  (*) a partir del 31 de octubre

“La llegada del vuelo de Air France a Cancún y la Riviera Maya reforzará sin duda a la imagen de nuestra región en el mundo. Recientemente, la costa de Cancún experimentó una renovación de $71 Millones de Dólares que incrementó el tamaño de sus playas con 1.3 billones de galones de arena. Además, este destino ha incrementado su atractivo de sol, playa y vida nocturna creando una ruta de cinco días que ofrece a los visitantes la oportunidad de experimentar aventura e interacción con la naturaleza” declaró Jesús Almaguer Director de la Oficina de Visitantes de Cancún.

« ASUR se siente muy orgulloso de haber colaborado con Air France y la Secretaria de Turismo para desarrollar esta nueva ruta. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, nombrado el mejor aeropuerto en Latinoamérica en la encuesta de calidad de servicio aeroportuario por Airports Council International en 2009 y 2010, se encuentra listo para recibir la primera operación.» mencionó Fernando Chico Pardo, Presidente del Consejo de Administración y Director General de ASUR.

Con un mensaje de amor verdadero por la naturaleza que lleva un llamado a proteger a los tiburones toro y, en general a las especies y atractivos marinos que hacen de la Riviera Maya uno de los lugares más increíbles para conocer, el italiano Alberto Dal Lago y la mexicana Karla Ysunza decidieron unir sus vidas en un singular casamiento subacuático que, además, aspira a romper el Récord Guinness de una boda con el mayor número de buzos certificados bajo el agua durante la ceremonia.

El insólito acontecimiento se realizará la mañana del domingo 17 de julio frente a la costa del Blue Venado, al sur de Playa del Carmen, a una profundidad de unos siete metros, donde se espera contar con la participación de al menos 300 buzos certificados, de los cuales hasta el momento ya están plenamente registrados 160.

El actual récord lo tiene una pareja de italianos con 261 buzos bajo el agua durante toda la ceremonia.

La boda contará con una gran número de entusiastas patrocinadores y colaboradores, entre ellos los pescadores y prestadores de servicios acuáticos de Playa del Carmen que habrán de delimitar el área de la ceremonia subacuática para cumplir con todos los requisitos exigidos por la organización del Récord Guinness para dar validez al reto.

Explicaron que la boda, además, será presidida por un verdadero juez de paz, en este caso, el juez Jorge Denis, titular del Registro Civil de Solidaridad, quien junto con su secretaria tomaron un curso de certificación de buceo para llevar a cabo la boda bajo el agua con plena validez, algo que hasta ahora no ha ocurrido en ninguna parte.

Por supuesto, en vez de leer la Epístola de Melchor Ocampo y todo el diálogo protocolario para hacer oficial el matrimonio, el juez usará un rotafolio plastificado en donde estará escrito el diálogo y la pregunta clave sobre si aceptan o no unir sus vidas, de acuerdo a las leyes civiles.

La ventaja de esta boda, bromeó Karla Isunza, es que el novio ya no podrá echarse para atrás ni salir corriendo.

Alberto y Karla dijeron que sigue abierta la posibilidad de registrarse para cualquier persona que cumpla los requisitos de ser un buzo certificado y que lleve su propio equipo.

Los interesados pueden enviar un correo a kardallago@gmail.com con el nombre completo del buzo, número de Padi, Nahui, etcétera, además de especificar el nivel de certificación para recibir instrucciones de cómo participar.

Los que no puedan bucear, de todas formas están invitados al Blue Venado donde tras la ceremonia se realizará un convivio.

La insólita boda bajo el agua está siendo promovida a través de páginas de internet y redes sociales y se espera que ayude a que muchas más personas en el extranjero conozcan la Riviera Maya y se animen a viajar a nuestro destino y aprendan a conocer y a respetar sus atractivos naturales.

El Fideicomiso para la Promoción Turística de la Riviera Maya, Quinta Magazine, Grupo Xcaret, Asociación de Hoteles de la Riviera Maya, se unen a las celebraciones del bicentenario con el lanzamiento oficial del 1er. Festival del Vino Mexicano Riviera Maya, a realizarse en marzo de 2011 y, como preámbulo del mismo, anunciaron el concierto “Vive El Bicentenario, con el vino mexicano”, que se realizará el próximo 19 de noviembre.

Se estará presentando el video promocional y dando inicio a la campaña publicitaria, con el concierto de la Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil “Daniel Ayala Pérez”, de Yucatán. Bajo la dirección del Mtro. Jose Luis Chan Sabido.

Más de 50 músicos en escena con un repertorio especial que nos llevarán a través de un viaje en el tiempo, diseñado para la celebración del bicentenario. El concierto será realizado el 19 de noviembre a las 20 horas en el Foro Abierto del Parque Xcaret; además, ese día se contará con la presencia de seis casas vitivinícolas, las cuales darán una degustación con más de 20 etiquetas de vino de sus cavas.

El vino por considerarse un arte, es uno de los temas que más pasión despierta. It is sad that the news channels have to publish tragedies and in many cases do not worry about telling the whole truth or be more specific.

I understand that when someone living in the United States or Canada thinks about Mexico the first thing that comes to his or her mind is what has been broadcasted for months on CNN and usually forgets to ask the question “Is it the same in all of Mexico?” Is Playa del Carmen near Monterrey and Ciudad Juarez?

Del 13 al 17 de octubre se llevará a cabo en Playa del Carmen la quinta edición del Riviera Maya Underground Film Festival RMUFF, un evento que convierte la ciudad en un enorme escenario cinematográfico con talleres, conferencias, actividades educativas, muestras alternas, fiestas y conciertos, además de la presentación de la selección oficial.

El Riviera Maya Underground Film Festival (RMUFF) es uno de los acontecimientos más importantes de la Riviera que congrega en México, a los amantes del séptimo arte de todo el mundo. Durante su edición se exponen realizaciones audiovisuales nacionales e internacionales.

Cerca de 41 cortometrajes de países latinoamericanos como Perú, Chile, Brasil y México, entre otros, conformarán la selección oficial del Riviera Maya Underground Film Festival bajo las categorías de Documental, Experimental, Animación y Ficción.
